I'm just wondering...

is anyone other than me just a little puzzled that the Yankkes didn't go out and get a first baseman this past offseason? I just believe this is a glaring hole that could become our achilles heal. And, why didn't we go get a speedy outfielder like a Willy Tavares? It certainly wouldn't hurt to have some depth there, and a guy who can pinch run in the late innings and create scoring opportunities. Anyways, I'm excited about baseball getting started!

Allow me to be angry......

that we didn't sign Del Curry's son. Can you imagine last years (06-07) team in a three guard set? It would have been unstoppable! We'd probably still be playing right now!

Don't get me wrong, I love what Greenberg has done at Tech, but this one just kinda hurts. Just so you know Govt0........ that dude will not only play in the NBA......he's gonna be a star. The moment he steps on the court in the NBA, he will be the best PURE shooter in the league. That's not to say he will be the best player...........just the best outside option. You don't think LeBron was there for his health, do you? I guarantee you he has already told mgmt that when that kid comes out, they need to do whatever it takes to get him. That's what he's been looking for to win a championship. This kid is so fun to watch.......and I feel jipped that he's not in one of our jerseys.

Steroids in baseball

Would someone please tell me why baseball is being so stupid. They wont let this go away. Don't they look at other sports and how they deal with this problem? And if your one of those who thinks it's because those sports DON'T have a problem, your not getting it. They ALL have this problem. Obviously we are in an ERA of people trying to use drug enhancing for improvement. It certainly doesn't make it right, but it isn't a baseball only problem. However, if you were just a casual observer you would think it IS just a baseball problem ONLY. That's because Selig keeps throwing baseball under the bus, and Fehr spent so much time fighting the drug testing and saying there wasn't a problem, all he can do is stand by helplessly and watch the massacre. Wake up baseball.............your ruining yourself for all future fans, on your current path.
